Competitor information correct as at September 2025
Yes, basically it’s like a subscription service which renews before you use it every billing cycle. That means you don’t have to worry about surprise charges or credit checks.
Many providers sell ‘endless’ data plans that give you a certain GB of max speed data, but if you use it all up before your billing cycle ends, you’ll be slowed to an unusably slow speed.
Our unlimited plans are truly unlimited, you pick your speed and get it for the entire billing cycle, whether it’s a cheaper plan with a steady speed, or our max speed plan with unlimited data as fast as the network and your device allows.
We think it’s a much better way of doing data plans, so there are no sudden speed slowdowns mid month.
All our plans have no contracts, so you can switch them on or off as you like.
Unlike other providers, we don’t make you jump through hoops to take a break or cancel your plan. You’re fully in control via your MyAccount or app.
It’s simple – providers who bill you every 28 days or 4-weekly end up charging you 13 times a year instead of 12 times like we do. It’s a pretty sneaky way of squeezing more money out of customers.
Some providers will try to lure in new customers with offers that aren’t actually that great when you look at the fine print – for example ‘bonus’ data that’s actually a one off, but they make it seem like you’ll keep getting it every month. Or discounts you have to pay back if you leave before a certain minimum term.
Absolutely, and it’s free!
If you were on a prepay plan with your old provider, you’ll need the 16 digit number on your old SIM card.
If you were on a pay monthly plan with your old provider, you’ll need your account number. Make sure you’ve cleared any outstanding balances as well.
