Yes, Hotspot data is included on all mobile plans with speeds matching your mobile plan.

Hotspot data usage must be in accordance with our Fair Use Policy and is subject to the respective limits on each mobile plan.

Your Hotspot experience will be subject to the proximity of your Hotspot device, your device’s Hotspot capability and the network congestion in your area.

Yes, our SIMs should work on any tablet device (like an iPad or Galaxy Tab) that can connect to the NZ network. Depending on your device, you can either insert a physical SIM or install an eSIM.

If you’re not sure if your tablet can connect to data using a SIM, check with your device’s manufacturer.

Since all our plans have unlimited data, they’re perfect as a data-only SIM.

Whether you’re using a dual-SIM in your mobile phone, or installing it on a portable device like a tablet, our plans mean you never have to worry about finding a WiFi signal again.

eSIM makes it even easier to use our SIMs for data only. Just go into your SIM settings and select which SIM to use for mobile data.

Once you have unlimited data you never need to worry about carryover data again. That means no more data hoarding; carrying over unspent data month-on-month in case you need it, only to expire just when you do.

Our mobile plans are paid upfront, once a month. Not only does that mean you pay less frequently than other mobile providers with 4-week or 28 day plans, but you also have the freedom to cancel or change your plan at any time without worrying about nasty exit fees.

You can change your plan easily in MyAccount or your app up to 24 hours before your plan is due to renew.

MMS

Pay Upfront: We offer 10 free MMS messages per month with every plan. If you want to send more, and in general for sharing images or videos, we recommend using methods that work over WiFi or mobile data, such as Whatsapp or Messenger. More info here.

Pay Monthly: You’ll be billed 20c per MMS as an Out Of Bundle (OOB) charge.

International

Voice calls to non NZ/AU phone numbers, and calls/SMSes to premium rate numbers (e.g. reply “yes” messages that are subject to additional charges), aren’t available just yet.
