01/05/26 1:06pm: We are continuing to experience an intermittent network issue impacting parts of the Wellington region and the South Island. Some customers may still experience dropped calls, slower data speeds, or intermittent loss of service.
Our network partner remains actively engaged and is working to restore services as quickly as possible. While some sites have recovered, there are still areas impacted and work is ongoing to identify and resolve the root cause.
There is no action required on your end and your service should reconnect automatically once your local coverage is restored.
