Who is eligible to participate?

How do I enter the giveaway?
Simply activate an eligible Rocket Mobile plan and transfer your number within the promo period. To remain eligible for the prize draws, ensure your plan renews successfully each month.
What are the key dates I need to know?
The promo period runs from 20 February to 31 March 2026. To qualify for the 2nd-month draw, you must be an active customer by 31 May 2026. For the 3rd-month draw, you need to be active by 30 June 2026, and for the 4th-month draw, you must be active by 31 July 2026.
What prizes can I win?
Prizes include Rocket Mobile account credit, branded products like hats, Bluetooth headphones, fitness wearables, a 3-month gym membership, a life upgrade fund, and air travel vouchers. Please note that actual prizes may vary from promotional images.
Can I enter this if I’ve also entered the Flat Feed competition?
Yes, you can enter both competitions as long as you fulfil the eligibility criteria for each.
How will I know if I’ve won?
Winners will be contacted using the details on their Rocket Mobile account. If a winner cannot be reached within 5 days, Rocket Mobile reserves the right to redraw the prize.
How will I receive my prize?
Prizes will be delivered via email or courier if physical delivery is required. Winners can also choose to pick up physical prizes from the Rocket Mobile office in Auckland. Delivery times may vary if prizes are out of stock.
Can I exchange my prize for cash?
No, prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
What happens if I cancel or don’t renew my plan?
If your plan does not renew on its billing date, you will no longer be eligible for the prize draws.

Information on how to enter and the prize(s) form part of these terms and conditions. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
ELIGIBILITY: To be eligible, the entrant must:
  • Have an active pay upfront monthly Rocket Mobile plan.
  • Have transferred their number to Rocket Mobile between 20 February to 31 March 2026.
  • Be currently located in NZ.
  • Eligibility for 2nd month prize draw: Be an active Rocket Mobile customer as of 31 May 2026, and successfully renewed their plan each month. Winners of prizes drawn in first half of June 2026
  • Eligibility for 3rd month prize draw: Be an active Rocket Mobile customer 30 June 2026, and successfully renewed their plan each month. Winners of prizes drawn in first half of July 2026
  • Eligibility for 4th month prize draw: Be an active Rocket Mobile customer 31 July 2026, and successfully renewed their plan each month. Winners of prizes drawn in first half of Aug 2026.
If the entrant’s mobile plan does not renew on its billing date, they will no longer be eligible for the draw.
HOW TO ENTER: The entrant must have an active pay upfront monthly Rocket Mobile plan, and have transferred their phone number to Rocket Mobile within the promo dates (below).
Customers will be automatically entered into the draw if they do this and renew their plan successfully every month. One draw will be held in each month for three months (June, July and August).
DATES: The eligibility period is for plans which were newly activated between 20 February & 31 March 2026.
PRIZES: Prizes include and are not limited to:

International calls & texts $10 for 250 calling minutes and 50 SMS messages to use within 30 days with our International Add-on You can also use an app like WhatsApp or Messenger to contact friends overseas while connected to WiFi or mobile data. If you're on Pay Monthly, if you call or SMS overseas outside of the International Add-on, you'll be charged per minute or per SMS at rates specific to that location.
Roaming For just $9 a day you can use your NZ data, minutes and SMS in our Daily Roaming destinations. Our Daily Roaming Add-on is a pretty choice option. Otherwise you can stay connected via WiFi or a local SIM when you're travelling.
Premium rate numbers Calls/SMS messages to premium rate numbers (e.g. reply "yes" messages that are subject to additional charges) aren't available on our Pay Upfront plans. To maintain our everyday low prices and remove bill surprises, our Pay Upfront plans don’t allow premium SMS or calls. That might mean for example that you need to call your dentist to confirm that appointment instead of replying by SMS
